Clinician I, Bilingual (Regular Full-Time, Hourly) Program: Heartland Wellness & Recovery Center (El Cajon) Region: El Cajon Services: Adult Outpatient (AOP) Career Type: Clinicians Hours Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm and Wednesday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm. Pay Rate Pay Rate: $37.02 to $37.39 per hour. There is a $5,000 bilingual differential add-on to annual salary for this position. Education Education: Masters degree in a mental health-related field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling required. Licensure Licensure: Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Waivered Psychologist with the California Board of Psychology required. Bilingual Bilingual: English/Arabic or Chaldean (must be fluent and able to speak, read, and write). Provide individual and group psychosocial behavioral health services and activities for clients, including COD clients. Assist the client in developing client service plan goals, prioritizing areas of need, and steps needed to reach goals established, as well as identify areas of strength. Continually monitor progress towards goals and supports clients efforts toward self-sufficiency. Additional Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of direct work experience in behavioral health or community-based social services programs. Bilingual Arabic or Chaldean is required for this position. Training and experience working with clients with co-occurring disorders; Motivational Interviewing training preferred.
