Total Turf Maintenance, a family-owned company with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated Lawn Mowing Crew Leader to join our team in Dakota County, MN. As a leader in professional lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, and snow removal, we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, commitment to our clients, and supportive team environment. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a lawn maintenance crew of 2–5 team members
Operate commercial mowers, edgers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, and other lawn maintenance equipment
Ensure properties are serviced to company quality standards
Organize the crew and maintain efficient daily routes
Work to meet or exceed budgeted man-hour goals
Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding route progress, property issues, and crew needs
Train and develop crew members to uphold company standards
Assist with basic equipment care and maintenance
Maintain a safe, clean work environment for crew members and clients
Perform spring and fall clean-ups and related lawn maintenance services

Qualifications

Professional lawn care or mowing experience required
Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Strong time management and communication skills
Ability to lead a crew while maintaining quality and productivity
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license required

Compensation

$22–$28 per hour , based on experience and leadership responsibility.
