Senior Project ManagerLedcor Technical Services is undergoing rapid growth, and we are seeking Senior Project Managers with the leadership experience and technical expertise to oversee and deliver complex, high-impact telecom infrastructure projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of major initiatives—including fiber optic deployments, wireless infrastructure builds, and large-scale network upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the industry's highest quality and safety standards. In this senior-level capacity, you will provide strategic direction, lead cross-functional teams, optimize operational performance, and contribute to a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Join our True-Blue team and help lead the development of the networks of tomorrow.Essential ResponsibilitiesChampion and uphold Ledcor's safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sitesLead the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower buildsManage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycleLead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunitiesOversee the project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologiesLead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specificationsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesNegotiate contract execution and change order managementHelp establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentationQualifications8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure buildsEducation in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholdersExperience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plusWorking ConditionsTravel up to 30% of the time across the United States and to our hub in Florence, KY
