Desktop Support Engineer

Desktop Support EngineerLocation: Raleigh, NC (Day1 Onsite)Key Responsibilities:On-Site Support: Respond to client queries and provide on-site technical assistance.Network Maintenance: Ensure consistent operation of client networks, including routers, servers, and other hardware.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.Installation and Configuration: Set up new hardware, software, and operating systems.Training and Assistance: Provide training and technical support to end-users.Documentation: Maintain records of issues and solutions in a ticketing system.Collaboration: Work with other IT professionals to ensure seamless support.Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
