Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking experienced sales consultants to keep up with customer demand. If you are a seasoned sales professional who want to better their careers in sales. (Excellent training provided). Previous automotive sales preferred. Bi-lingual skills are a plus!

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Requirements

• One year of sales experience in any industry (Required)
• Have a coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen

• $65,000 to $100,000 plus annual earning potential
