Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN / LPN) - Appling, GA - Weekday Shifts

One Patient One Nurse Real Impact We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one on one care for a pediatric patient in the home setting. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, clinical consistency, and building strong relationships with families while delivering high quality care in the home. Primary Clinical Focus Pediatric private duty nursing with an emphasis on G Tube feedings and ongoing medical monitoring. Key Responsibilities One on one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home G Tube feedings, medication administration, and site care Clinical assessment and monitoring for changes in condition Medication administration and treatments Accurate and timely documentation Family education and caregiver support Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday afternoons: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Approximately 16 hours per week Qualifications & Skills Active, unrestricted Georgia RN or LPN license Experience Experience with G Tube feedings is required Pediatric home health experience preferred Cerebral Pasly, ADL Assistance, experience preferred Compliance Ability to pass criminal background check Current negative TB test within 12 months Professional Traits Strong clinical judgment Reliable communication Compassionate, family centered approach Dependable and professional Focused Care Model One patient per shift with no facility rotation Supportive Team Leadership that understands pediatric home health Meaningful Work Make a direct impact in a child’s life while building lasting relationships with families #J-18808-Ljbffr Gentle Care Home Services
