Job Overview Position Type: Fabrication. Location: New Orleans, LA. Hourly rate: $35.17. Contractor benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k. Job Description The ideal candidate will possess applicable educational and/or certification credentials from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience. This role requires the ability to apply organic coatings to meet corrosion protection and appearance requirements, as well as perform organic chemical conversion and paint preparation using brush, roll, and spray application methods. The candidate must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and process work instructions to ensure work is completed in alignment with engineering intent. Responsibilities Apply organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance. Perform organic chemical conversion and paint preparation using brush, roll, and spray methods. Read and interpret engineering drawings and process work instructions. Vacuum and mechanically bond Thermal Protective Systems on flight hardware. Apply Thermal Protective Systems through spray and pour methods. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma. Experience with interpreting drawings and process documents. Preferred: Experience with brush, roll, and spray application. Schedule Full-time shift expectations: Variable (Shifts 1 and 2 (5x8), weekend 3x12). Candidate must be available for all shifts.

1. st shift: 6AM – 2:30PM M-F
2. nd shift: 2PM – 10:30PM M-F

Weekend: 6AM – 6:30PM Fri, Sat, Sun Employment Details Target Start Date: July 24th. Duration: 12 months. Remote, onsite or a combination of both? Onsite work location: NOLA Building number 103 88.
