Litigation Paralegal - Contract to Hire
Remote, EST Residents Only
U.S. Citizenship Required, No 3rd parties, No C2C
Liberty Personnel is working with a multi office law firm client adding a Litigation Paralegal to their administrative support team. An ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, provide full scope legal support to a Litigation Practice.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, index, and maintain case files, electronic court filings, and supporting evidence.
- Assist attorneys with large-scale and complex discovery matters, including document management and production.
- Manage and maintain detailed and complex attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling.
- Draft, review, and distribute professional correspondence and legal documents.
- Review and process preliminary invoices and related billing documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for attorneys and staff.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients, including handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Conduct new case intake and maintain accurate client and case information.
- Collaborate with legal team members to deliver responsive and high-quality client service.
- Perform additional administrative and litigation support duties as assigned.
