Litigation Paralegal - Contract to Hire

Remote, EST Residents Only

Liberty Personnel is working with a multi office law firm client adding a Litigation Paralegal to their administrative support team. An ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, provide full scope legal support to a Litigation Practice.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, index, and maintain case files, electronic court filings, and supporting evidence.
• Assist attorneys with large-scale and complex discovery matters, including document management and production.
• Manage and maintain detailed and complex attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling.
• Draft, review, and distribute professional correspondence and legal documents.
• Review and process preliminary invoices and related billing documentation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for attorneys and staff.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients, including handling incoming calls and inquiries.
• Conduct new case intake and maintain accurate client and case information.
• Collaborate with legal team members to deliver responsive and high-quality client service.
• Perform additional administrative and litigation support duties as assigned.
