Paralegal Legal Assistant

ABC Bail Bond

Job Description

We are seeking a Paralegal Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
Record and store client information
Negotiating to resolve outstanding disputes
Customer Service via telephone communication
Efiling
Taking payments/ negotiating payment terms
Communicating with various Courts and related entities
Calendaring
Open Files

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
Familiarity with drafting legal documents
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Experience with Efiling documents
Knowledge of Small Claims Court Procedures
