Financial Analyst - Valuation Expert

About the Role Mercor is hiring experienced Financial and Investment Analysts to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated financial and investment analysis content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in valuation, quantitative analysis, and investment recommendations. Key Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated valuation models, investment recommendations, industry analyses, and other analytical artifacts for quality and accuracy. Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on analytical rigor, valuation soundness, and investment-recommendation quality. Review financial analysis scenarios involving company valuation, capital structure, and portfolio decisions and provide expert feedback. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Equity Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Securities Analyst, or another closely related financial or investment analysis role. Experience conducting quantitative analyses, company valuations, or investment recommendations for public or private institutions. Ability to commit 20+ hours per week . Strong written English communication skills. Additional Information Start date: Immediate Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval).
