This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in a commercial facility. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Minnesota. Experience level is flexible—newly licensed plumbers are welcome to apply.**What your day to day will look like:*** Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and waste systems.* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.* Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.* Test and maintain backflow prevention devices.* Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.* Collaborate with other trades and facility staff as needed.**Required Qualifications:*** **Valid Journeyman Plumber license** issued by the State of Minnesota.* Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.* Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.**Preferred Qualifications (but not required) :*** Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems.* Basic computer skills for work order documentation. **Location:** Bloomington, MN**Shift:** 1st Shift; Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
