Risk Management Manager

Focused on proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks, the full-time Risk Management Manager will collaborate across business units to ensure compliance and enhance risk management practices within U.S. Consumer Services, including Global Lounges and Travel & Lifestyle Services. Key responsibilities Identify and assess risks throughout business processes and systems in collaboration with process owners Facilitate risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards through rigorous testing and quality assurance programs Compile and report key operational risk trends and events to senior management to support informed decision-making Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within a Risk or Internal Audit function Strong project management skills and experience in process governance aligned with regulatory frameworks Proficient analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk scenarios and identify trends effectively Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and advanced analytics in operational risk management practices Experience in the financial services industry
