International SOF Information Knowledge Management SME

TI Verbatim Consulting (TIVC), supporting TDX Solutions in support of USSOCOM J3-International (J3-I), seeks an experienced International SOF Information Knowledge Management SME to support USSOCOM J3-I Plans & Operations Branch by integrating Allied and Partner Nation SOF capabilities into operational planning, maintaining the international SOF Common Operating Picture, and synchronizing multinational planning activities.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain the J3-I Information and Knowledge Management program.Develop Partner Nation SOF profiles, operational databases, and knowledge repositories.Maintain SharePoint and approved collaboration environments (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, BICES, APAN).Develop and maintain the Information Management Plan, Organization and Functions Manual, and SOPs.Coordinate with USSOCOM, TSOCs, Joint Staff, and Partner Nation representatives.Develop dashboards, reports, and visual information products.Support geospatial information management and Common Operational Picture products.Ensure compliance with Foreign Disclosure and information security requirements.Perform required security close-out and escort duties.EDUCATION AND TRAININGMaster's degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Library Science, or related field.Experience developing enterprise portals.Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (REQUIRED).EXPERIENCEThree years of business process management and multinational information management experience.Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, content management systems, and collaboration platforms.Experience developing taxonomies, metadata, and enterprise knowledge repositories.Experience with ArcGIS, SOF Geospatial Enterprise (SGE), or similar tools.USSOCOM, TSOC, or Geographic Combatant Command experience (Preferred).Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience (Preferred).Experience coordinating multinational defense cooperation initiatives (Preferred).KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSKnowledge of enterprise knowledge management principles.Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and executive briefing skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI or similar tools.PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTSReasonable accommodations are made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8 hours per dayAble to lift 20 lbs.OTHERSAttention to detailProduce accurate, error-free workDeadline-orientedSelf-starter who thinks of innovative, faster ways to accomplish tasksFlexible and able to adapt to our dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ti Verbatim Consulting Inc
