Licensed Insurance Sales Representative State Farm Agency (Fort Worth, TX)

Our growing State Farm agency is looking for a motivated, licensed sales professional who enjoys helping customers protect what matters most while building a rewarding career. Insurance experience is welcome but not requiredwere looking for someone with a strong history of sales success, a competitive drive, and the ability to learn quickly.

What Youll Do

• Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and referrals.
• Consistently follow up with prospects until a buying decision is made.
• Make outbound cold calls to build your personal pipeline.
• Conduct insurance reviews with in house clients and identify opportunities to protect customers with the right coverage.
• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products via in person and virtual appointments.
• Maintain accurate, detailed customer notes and activity within our CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and production goals established by the agency.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continually improve sales performance.
• Represent our agency with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications Required

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain a Texas Life & Health Insurance License within 30 days of hire if not already licensed (sponsored by us).
• Proven track record of closing sales in any industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-up habits.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls every day with a big smile (we provide the caffeine).
• Computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software and technology.
• Experience working toward monthly sales quotas or production goals.
• CRM experience in documenting customer interactions and managing pipelines would be preferred.

Salary: $15.00 to $22.00 /hour base depending on experience and licensing.

License Expectations:

P&C Insurance license (Preferred) Having your Life & Health Insurance license as well will make you a rock star. If you only have one license, we will help you obtain the second.

Schedule:

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am -5:30 pm; but flex time is available especially if you're a Sales Rock Star. Paid time off is also an incentive if monthly goals are exceeded.

Sometimes you may work weekends as needed to accommodate customer needs, close a sale and or rare community events that you collaborate with the Agent. We will coordinate week days off if this is the case.
