In this role, you willsupporta wide range of initiatives across the full project lifecycle fromsurvey designto report delivery. Your Impact Support all phases of quantitative and qualitative researchprojects,including research design, questionnaire and discussion guide development, dataanalysisand storytelling. Projects may include methods such as concept evaluation, brand studies, content optimization tests, messaging/positioning evaluation, creative materials tests, marketsizingand segmentation. Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations through visual,creativeand story-driven reports. Help drive quality control processes at each step of the research lifecycle, from checking survey programming logic, questionnaire proofing, number checking and proofing reports and presentations for accuracy. Partner closely with internal teams (programming, fieldwork, data processing, design) to keep projects moving forward on tight timelines. Leverage AI-enabled approaches to enhance the speed, scale, and depth of insight generation across research and storytelling. Who We're Looking For PriorExperience – Prior internship or work experience in market research or consumerinsights. Writing and storytelling – You know how to connect the dots and turn complex research findings into clear, compelling narratives. Whether you arewritinga report, building a presentation, orpresenting toa client, you bring insights to life in a way that captures attention and drives decisions. Curious and future-minded – You are genuinely interested in seeking information on the “whys,” always digging for more information to understand what makes consumers tick.You’reconstantlyasking“what’s changing?” and “what’s next?”—especially when it comes to audiences, technology, and content strategy. Consumer-to-market translator –You’reskilled at moving from consumer insight to strategic implication, helping answer the question:So what does this mean forour technology clients? Problem Solver –You are a natural problem solver. When somethingdoesn’tgo as planned, your first instinct is to look for a solution, rather than viewing it as a roadblock. Data-driven critical thinker –You’recomfortable working with data toidentifytrends and insights, including both structured (i.e.data and hard numbers) and unstructured (i.e.interviews and qualitative) data. You have experience visualizing data with tools such as Excel andPowerPoint. Data analysis techniques and software – Familiarity with any of the following data analysis techniques would be ideal: statistical significance testing, correlation analysis, multivariate analysis techniques (such as cluster/segmentation analysis)and conjoint and discrete choice analysis.Experience with SPSS, Q, or advanced analytics is a plus but notrequired. AI-curious and capable – You have experience using AI tools and are thoughtful about how AI can enhance—not replace—insight work. Self-starter –Internally-motivated who continuously strives to get things done well, regardless of challengesencountered.You are proactive and always keep an eye on the next step. Clear and proactive communicator – You have excellent verbal communication skills and are able tocommunicate clearly and succinctly.You’recomfortable asking questions and sharing your point of view. Hawk-eyed attention to detail – Younoticewhen font sizes change unexpectedly or a proper nounisn’tcapitalized. Errorsdon’tgetpastyouand you are always focused on ensuringhigh levelsof quality control and reporting. Your degree(s) – You have a B.A./B.S. degree in areas such as Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics,Economicsor a related field.Additionaldegrees are welcome! Compensation In order tocomply withequal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $62,000 -$78,000.
