Senior Staff Product Owner, Voice Intelligence

Responsibilities
- Own product definition and execution for Voice Intelligence across applications and devices
- Develop expertise in caregiver workflows, voice technologies, and conversational AI ecosystems
- Translate customer problems into clear epics, user stories, and development plans
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to refine concepts and manage tradeoffs
- Collaborate with customers and clinical users through demonstrations and discovery activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years in software product development, product ownership, or engineering
- Experience translating customer needs into requirements, epics, and user stories
- Demonstrated ability to partner with software engineering teams throughout delivery
- Understanding of complex technical concepts and cloud architecture
- Experience with voice, speech, NLP, or conversational AI technologies preferred
- Healthcare or medical device software development experience preferred
Compensation: $153,400 - $255,700 USD Annual
