Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, technology implementations, and transformation initiatives from kickoff through delivery. What You'll Do:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectationsPartner with business units to define requirements, develop project plans, and drive executionIdentify and mitigate project risks; escalate blockers to keep initiatives moving forwardReport project performance using dashboards and status updatesFacilitate team meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessionsDocument lessons learned and best practices to support organizational PM capability What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field5+ years project management experiencePMP or Agile certification preferredTrack record managing projects and delivering measurable resultsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence) Preferred:Six Sigma Green Belt or process improvement backgroundExperience in energy, utilities, or regulated industries2-3 years minimum in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or management consultingFinancial services background strongly preferredProven track record of delivering tangible business outcomes, not just documentationCross-functional project experience working with business, IT, and operations teamFamiliarity with Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, MS 365 suite Technical & Methodological Skills:Process modeling expertise using industry-standard notations (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate)Enterprise architecture frameworks knowledge (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar)Technology stack comprehension relevant to investment banking (trading platforms, risk systems, core banking)Core Competencies:Execution-focused | Problem solver | Collaborative | Organized | Adaptable | Data-driven Job OverviewEmployees in this role conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesConducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operationsConducts quantitative and qualitative research to support medium to large special projectsAssists with process design and modification for continuous business improvementPerforms other job-related duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh School Grad / GEDBachelor's or Equivalent ExperienceExperience: 3+ yearsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's DegreeNextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
