Remote Care Manager — Foster Care & Behavioral Health

Centene Corp.

Centene Corp. is hiring for a Care Manager (BH - Foster Care) to support adolescents in foster care within Missouri. The role allows remote work from anywhere in MO with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities include evaluating needs, developing care plans, coordinating with providers, and educating families on treatment options. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work, or nursing, plus 2–4 years of related experience.
