Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse to provide direct care to patients in their homes, primarily in NYC. In this role, you will deliver hands-on nursing care, monitor health conditions, and offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Your expertise and compassion will play a critical role in helping patients thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate updates with the care team.
• Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for patients.
• Comply with all state regulations and organizational policies regarding home health care.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid New York State RN license.
• CPR certification (required).
• Prior experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred).
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols.
• Compassionate, reliable, and excellent communication skills.

Shift Details:

• Flexible scheduling available to accommodate your needs.
• Hourly morning and evening shifts.
• Hourly shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.

Education:

Associates or better in Nursing. Bachelors or better in Nursing.

Licenses & Certifications:

CPR. Registered Nurse License.
