About The Role We are seeking a Prozess- und Innovationsmanager:in / Business Analyst:in to join our team at the earliest opportunity. This pivotal role focuses on process analysis, requirements management, and digital transformation, playing a key role in shaping Herolé’s digital future. You will actively contribute to the development of scalable, efficient processes that underpin our organizational growth and operational excellence. Your influence will directly impact how well our workflows and systems integrate, ensuring a solid foundation for strategic transformation and prioritization decisions. Your primary focus will be on analyzing, structuring, and refining business requirements without taking on technical implementation responsibilities. Qualifications Completed university degree or comparable qualification (e.g., Hochschule, Berufsakademie, Fachschule) in a STEM field such as Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, or Data Science, obtained within the last five years. Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Manager, or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, structure, and document complex topics effectively. Proven experience in capturing and optimizing business processes. Excellent communication and moderation skills, including conducting workshops with various stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications such as User Stories. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style. Experience with process modeling (e.g., BPMN), ERP/CRM systems, and IT projects is highly desirable. Interest in emerging technologies like AI, automation, and data analytics, and their application in business processes. Responsibilities Analyze, structure, and document end-to-end business processes in collaboration with relevant departments. Create process models and develop transparent process landscapes to facilitate understanding and improvements. Gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into clear, implementable specifications, including User Stories. Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of requirements and documentation using established standards and methods. Identify optimization opportunities and develop scalable, efficient target processes. Support digitalization projects (such as ERP, website, integrations) from a business perspective, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Prepare structured decision-making bases for prioritization and implementation of projects. Collaborate closely with business units, product owners, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Research and evaluate new technologies and trends (like AI, automation, data analysis), deriving practical application scenarios for the company. Assist in testing, validating, and continuously improving digital solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
