Director of Environmental Services:

This position includes overseeing and directing following Three Departments: Housekeeping, Laundry & Maintenance. The Candidate for this position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations in these areas. Management experience is a plus. Excellent benefits package. Director of Environmental Tasks Include (but not limited to):

·         Overall Supervision of all Housekeeping & Laundry Staff

·         Maintain a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout facility

·         Is responsible Staff Schedule   

·         Attend daily Morning-IDT meetings

·         Attend any other meetings as necessary  

·         Provides guidance & assistance to staff as necessary

·         Conduct rounds on all Units

·         Ensure that equipment is clean, and in good working condition

·         Ensure Supplies is maintained neatly and readily available

·         Ensures outside grounds is clean & safe

Qualifications:

·         Have the ability to lead a staff

·         Have excellent written communication & interpersonal skills

• Have good problem-solving skills

• Have the ability to prioritize

·         Strong passion and work ethic to ensure excellent quality care.
