Foreman Electrician - $30-$35/hr - DOE

We are currently hiring Foreman Electricians with 5+ years of experience performing electrical installations in a commercial setting. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Myrtle Beach Area.

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of assigned commercial electrical projects from mobilization through closeout.

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and job orders to direct daily work activities.

• Maintain accurate daily job logs, crew timesheets, material tracking records, and progress reports.

• Ensure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, local codes, and project specifications.

• Coordinate inspections and work directly with inspectors, general contractors, and project owners.

• Monitor job site progress against schedule; proactively identify and resolve delays or obstacles.

• Supervise, direct, and mentor journeymen electricians, apprentices, and helpers on assigned projects.

• Assign tasks and manage daily workflow to maximize crew productivity and efficiency.

• Foster a positive, professional work environment with clear expectations and accountability.

• Identify crew training needs and support the development of apprentices and junior team members.

• Conduct and document daily toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Foreman Electrician Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or lead role.

• Preferred - Valid Journeyman Electrician license (SC license preferred; reciprocity candidates considered).

• Demonstrated ability to run multiple crews and manage commercial projects independently.

• Strong working knowledge of NEC, OSHA 10/30, and commercial construction practices.

• Proficiency reading and working from electrical blueprints and specifications.

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Charleston metro area.

Compensation :

· Competitive starting pay $30 -$35/hr or depending on experience
