$20–$22 per hour
Part-Time | Approximately 17 Hours per Week

We are currently hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide in-home and community-based support for an adult with developmental disabilities. This is a part-time opportunity ideal for dependable and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping others live independently and stay engaged in their community.

The individual communicates verbally, is easily understood, and enjoys social and recreational activities, including photography and outings.

Schedule

• Approximately 17 hours per week
• Days: Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Friday
• Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and community support
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment
• Transport the individual to appointments, errands, and recreational activities
• Support hobbies, including photography and social media engagement
• Encourage independence, social interaction, and community participation

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance (required)
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Dependable, patient, and able to work independently
• Must pass background checks and complete required training
