Join us.ATI is seeking to hire a Supply Chain Manager to support scheduling for our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This role will be based in Brackenridge, PA.This position will oversee the inbound and outbound flow of material for SRP’s Primary Operations and is responsible for daily and weekly scheduling for our melt operations (Latrobe, PA; Lockport, NY; Brackenridge, PA) and our Hot Rolling Processing facility in Brackenridge PA.Essential FunctionsOversee all scheduling activities for the following operations throughout SRP: Carbon Conversion -- work with the carbon conversion team to streamline HRPF conversion services.HRPF scheduling -- Walking Beam Furnaces, Danieli, Ingot Breakdown, and Inventory ManagementWork with SA&C and SRP on Titanium schedulingMaintain excellent on-time delivery to all downstream plants and customersOversee the Primary Vendor Management activities (Shasta, MSI, Breaburn, etc..)#10 scheduling priority (CMs, Torch, and Sonic)Job RequirementsBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering, production planning, or related field OR four years of supply chain experience in a manufacturingPrevious manufacturing experience with knowledge of products, materials and inventory, process flow, and supply chain principlesPreferred QualificationsPrevious supply chain experience as a process and people leader in a manufacturing settingKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesManagerial/leadership skills required to effectively manage with respect to planning, organizing, motivating, directing and controlling outputStrong written and oral communication skills both internally and with customersAbility to analyze and present data effectivelyWorking knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn and utilize job related systemsWorking knowledge of HRPF Software.
