This role utilizes Salesforce CRM to manage candidate information, track activity, and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process. The Recruitment Specialist II plays a key role in attracting qualified healthcare professionals and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound clinician inquiries and leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.Conduct initial candidate qualification conversations to assess work history, licensure, certifications, immigration status, and eligibility requirements.Maintain accurate candidate records within Salesforce, including contact information, qualifications, activity history, and communication notes.Build relationships with prospective clinicians and guide them through the recruitment process.Educate candidates on career opportunities and encourage completion of required profile information, including employment history, education, skills, and references.Schedule qualified candidates for recruiter interviews and coordinate interview logistics.Execute outbound call and email campaigns to engage passive and active clinician candidates.Prioritize follow-up activities, tasks, and communications to support sourcing and recruitment goals.Meet established productivity metrics related to candidate outreach, qualification, and scheduling activities.Required QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED.Experience5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:RecruitingTalent acquisitionHealthcare staffingSalesCustomer serviceCall center or customer-facing support environmentRequired SkillsCandidate sourcing and outreachTelephone interviewing and candidate screeningSalesforce CRM or similar applicant tracking/customer relationship management systemData entry and record managementInterview scheduling and coordinationVerbal and written communicationRelationship managementTime management and prioritizationMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Preferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree.Healthcare recruiting, staffing, or clinician engagement experience.Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.Experience working with licensed healthcare professionals.Experience using Salesforce, Workday, or applicant tracking systems (ATS).Bilingual communication skills.Core CompetenciesCandidate EngagementRecruitment SupportCustomer Service ExcellenceOrganization and Follow-ThroughPipeline DevelopmentAttention to DetailCollaboration and TeamworkAdaptability and Problem SolvingWork Environment / Physical RequirementsWork is performed in an office/home office environment.Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.AMN Healthcare will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the job.Our Core Values Respect Passion Continuous Improvement Trust Customer Focus InnovationAt AMN we embrace the ways we are similar and different; respecting all voices and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to contribute to our collective success.
