Coastal Waste & Recycling
Coastal Waste and Recycling is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Boca Raton to drive field-facing hiring. You will source, screen, and engage candidates; support hiring managers; and manage pipelines for field roles across multiple sites. Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with at least 1 year in corporate talent acquisition and a degree in HR or business.
