About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Operations and Customer Experience to lead the establishment of a dedicated function that will support the organization's rapid growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and leading sales support, client services, CRM, training, and enablement teams, with a key focus on improving the experience for customers, sellers, and support employees. This role requires a leader with a strong background in organizational leadership, change management, and a proven track record in building and transforming commercial support organizations. The Senior Director will also be tasked with creating a scalable model for integrating newly acquired businesses and establishing consistent processes, service standards, and performance measures. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, and progressive leadership experience in sales operations, commercial operations, customer experience, or a related function. A background in a high-volume, transactional distribution environment is essential, as is experience in integrating teams, processes, or systems following acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM, workflow, ticketing, and performance-reporting systems, and the ability to use data to drive business improvements. Strong communication, cross-functional influencing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment are also required.
