Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for our organization. The BDM will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and propose business solutions tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders. Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecast future performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field. Proven ability to develop business strategies, create value propositions, and drive revenue growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team. Willingness to travel as required.
