Reconciliation Specialist

Position Overview As a Revenue Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in reconciling our POS system to various financial systems. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our revenue data. This is an in office position, located in Champaign, IL. What You'll Be Doing Reconcile daily sales and revenue data from the POS system with accounting and financial records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between systems promptly and thoroughly. Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to improve revenue tracking processes. Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliation activities and findings. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to revenue, as needed. What You'll Bring With You Strong affinity for working with numbers and financial data. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to dive into issues without hesitation. Highly thorough and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Experience with POS systems and financial reconciliation preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and NetSuite is preferred but not required. Ability to work will multiple store managers in your assigned area(s) while being able to multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
