The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases involving consumer protection issues, data privacy, and security class actions. Duties Handle litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations related to privacy and data security matters Defend clients in cases involving data privacy, security class actions, and consumer protection issues Engage directly with clients and lead significant projects or cases Work on cases involving the Stored Communications Act, wiretapping claims, and unfair and deceptive trade practices Collaborate with a global team of legal professionals Requirements 4-6 years of experience in regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection and privacy/security issues Proficiency in handling regulatory agency investigations (e.g., State AG, FTC) Experience defending data breach class actions and claims related to unfair and deceptive trade practices Strong analytical, research, and writing skills Demonstrated ability to lead projects and interact with clients directly Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally recognized law school; high academic achievement.
