Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Attorney – AM LAW 100 We are an AM LAW ranked law firm recruiting an Associate to join our growing Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice in Chicago. Responsibilities You will work closely with Partners across the firm's national practice group on a broad range of sophisticated Cybersecurity and Data Privacy transactions. Offer advice on high-stakes cybersecurity and privacy matters on behalf of Fortune 500 and other companies. The firm's clients include private equity firms and their portfolio companies across an array of industries that includes energy, finance, aerospace, defense, health care, telecommunications and transportation. You will work with the team on matters at a global level. This will include data protection, cybersecurity, incident response, privacy, and AI. Qualifications and Requirements A minimum of 2 years of post qualification experience handling cybersecurity and data privacy matters. Excellent academics. Licensed to practice in Illinois. Paid sick leave when applicable by state law. Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. Anticipated Base Pay range (dependent on experience): $260k–$350k per annum.
