Join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) and utilize the nursing process to direct and deliver comprehensive care to patients on an assigned unit, following hospital standards and practice guidelines. The RN provides guidance and supervision to Licensed Vocational Nurses, Nursing Technicians, Nursing Assistants and Unit Secretaries, advocates for patients, and may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and assignments on other units as needed. Responsibilities Direct and deliver direct patient care based on Hospital Standards of Care and Practice Guidelines. Provide guidance and supervision to LVNs, Nursing Technicians, Nursing Assistants, and Unit Secretaries. Act as patient advocate within the hospital environment. Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and accept assignments on other units when necessary.
