Electrical Apprentice Role Overview HEI is seeking Electrical Apprentices who are ready to develop into skilled professionals in a structured, high-performance environment. What You’ll Be Doing Assist journeyman electricians with installation and maintenance Install wiring, conduit, and electrical components Interpret blueprints and technical drawings Participate in training and on-call rotations Operate equipment as needed (training provided) What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Interest in electrical systems and construction Ability to work outdoors and handle physical demands Team mindset and willingness to learn Valid driver’s license What You’ll Get Structured apprenticeship program Hands-on experience across multiple sectors Mentorship from experienced electricians Clear path to becoming a licensed electrician Why This Role is Different You’ll be developed with intention - not just used as labor.
