Strategic Collections Specialist: Drive Cash Flow

LHH US is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive timely payments, and reduce outstanding receivables. You will collaborate with billing, sales, and operations to resolve discrepancies and protect cash flow. The ideal candidate has at least two years of B2B collections experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication skills to negotiate payment plans while maintaining client relationships.
