Geriatric Social Worker & Care Manager
PACE Southeast Michigan
PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Master’s Social Worker (MSW) to assess and address the needs of participants, collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team. The MSW will perform comprehensive assessments, provide counseling using evidence-based techniques, and advocate for participants' needs. This role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Michigan licensure, and at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in geriatrics.
