About the Position

06322M – We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide coverage at a walk-in Primary Care clinic in Northeast Arizona! The initial assignment is 2-weeks long but it's likely that the need will extend to 3 months. With any unrestricted US State NP or PA license is accepted, and a quick credentialing process, you'll be able to move forward quickly with this assignment. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens

Dates: September 14th-28th, with potential to extend for 3 months.

Job Specialty: Primary Care

Compensation: $87.50 hourly rate

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday – 8hr shifts
• No call

Responsibilities:

• Patient Volume: Averages 8-12 per day
• Walk-In Primary Care patients

Position Requirements: 

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in any US State (must be unrestricted)
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Active DEA registration
