Job Description

We are seeking skilled CNC professionals to support the production of high-precision aerospace components. We operate an AS9100-certified facility and manufacture tight-tolerance parts for aviation and defense programs. Multiple skill levels are welcome — from entry-level operators to senior machinists. Pay Range: $25–$50/hr depending on role & experience (Entry-Level Operator → Senior Machinist). Responsibilities include operating CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers (VMC, turning, or multi-axis depending on experience), performing setups, tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments, reading and interpreting aerospace blueprints and technical drawings, inspecting parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools, maintaining tight tolerances (commonly ±0.001"), working with aerospace materials such as aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and Inconel, document production and inspection results per AS9100 requirements, following all safety, quality, and process control procedures, supporting production flow, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Requirements include experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers, ability to read aerospace blueprints and follow detailed instructions, skilled with precision measurement tools, familiarity with tight-tolerance machining, understanding of AS9100 or similar aerospace quality standards, ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 lbs, strong attention to detail, reliability, and quality focus. Compliance requirements include the ability to complete I-9 employment verification and meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
