Director of Strategy & Growth

We are looking for a strategic and analytically driven leader to shape and expand the company’s growth engine in Illinois. This role will focus on identifying the most effective paths to customer acquisition, strengthening go-to-market strategy, and using data, AI, and automation to create measurable business impact. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving ability, thrives in ambiguous environments, and is motivated by building scalable systems that accelerate revenue growth.Responsibilities:• Develop and refine a scalable growth strategy that identifies new customer opportunities and supports long-term revenue expansion.• Evaluate market signals, intent data, and performance insights to prioritize the channels and segments most likely to drive pipeline growth.• Design demand generation processes that consistently deliver high-value opportunities to the sales organization.• Partner on go-to-market planning by shaping positioning, messaging, measurement frameworks, and marketing infrastructure.• Apply AI, automation, and modern marketing technology to improve targeting, efficiency, and competitive advantage.• Build repeatable systems and operating models that enable the business to execute effectively against larger competitors.• Analyze growth performance and translate findings into clear recommendations that improve investment decisions and execution.• Challenge existing assumptions with data-backed perspectives and introduce structure to complex or undefined business questions.
