Quick Facts Location: 800 East 28th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407 Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Shift: Day shifts; 8, 10, or 12 hours available (e.g., 6:30 AM – 5 PM, 6:30 AM – 7 PM) Hours/week: Minimum 36 hours; up to 40 hours per week Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing contract Licenses/Certifications: MN RN license, RN Anesthetist certification, ACLS/BLS Tier 2, 1+ year experience required Experience: Minimum of 1 year in anesthesia Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $218.59/hour Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), licensure and certification reimbursements, travel reimbursements where applicable Overtime: $1.5x normal rate for overtime; holiday pay at 1.5x rate for specified holidays Call pay: Weekend beeper call up to $1,000; weeknight call up to $400; additional call back pay at 1.5x hourly rate Paid orientation: 3 days Referral bonus program: Robust incentives for referring qualified peers Paid sick time per legal requirements What You’ll Do Provide anesthesia support across a tertiary hospital caring for patients aged 12+ Support staff using a 4:1 care team model and advanced anesthesia techniques Perform preoperative assessments and monitor patients during anesthesia Support specialized procedures (note: no blocks, epidurals, spinals, or A-lines) Cover scheduled shifts with flexibility for overnight, weekend, or weeknight emergency shifts if interested Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient care management What You Need Valid MN registered nurse license and CRNA certification Minimum 1 year anesthesia experience ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certification Ability to work a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks per month during initial 3 months Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Minneapolis dedicated to delivering exceptional tertiary care.
