Quick Facts: Location: 800 East 28th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407 Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Shift: Day shifts (6:30 AM 5:00 PM, 6:30 AM 7:00 PM options, 10 & 12-hour shifts available) Hours/Week: Minimum of 36 hours per week; up to 40 hours Employment Type: Contract (ongoing) Licenses/Certifications: Minnesota RN and CRNA licenses, ACLS/BLS (Tier 2) Experience: Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You ll Do: Provide anesthesia care supporting a care team model with a 4:1 staff ratio Deliver anesthesia support for specialty procedures for patients 12 years and older Support anesthesia-related procedures, excluding blocks, epidurals, or spinal anesthesia Support staff with room turnover, supplies, and patient support Support a tertiary hospital setting in a Level III facility Respond to occasional on-call shifts, including night and weekend coverage (call pay provided) Follow all safety and procedural protocols in a high-acuity setting Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state licensing requirements What You Need: Valid Minnesota RN and CRNA licenses 1+ years of anesthesia experience ACLS/BLS certification at Tier 2 level Ability to work minimum two consecutive weeks per month during initial three months Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: Join a top-tier tertiary hospital in Minneapolis supporting complex anesthesia procedures for adult patients.
