Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urgent Care team. Responsibilities include: administering and recording vaccines, documenting patient interactions, maintaining patient flow, preparing patients for visits, obtaining specimens, entering lab orders, performing clinical procedures (e.g., PFT, EKG, nebulizer, immunizations), processing prescriptions, and discussing test results with patients under provider instructions. Qualifications and skills: valid NYS LPN license, prior experience in medical practice or as a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Tech, strong computer skills with EMR experience, knowledge of nursing principles, infection control, confidentiality, and medical records. Key qualities: attention to detail, discretion, and assessment skills.
