Senior Technical Project Manager - Health IT & Salesforce

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field. 11+ years managing complex, cross-functional IT environments, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or comparable enterprise digital health platforms. Demonstrated experience executing release strategies through formal SDLC processes, DevOps pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Practical experience applying structured change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) to technology adoption initiatives.
