Position Summary Visiting Angels is looking for a high‑performing, goal‑crushing, Home Care Sales & Referral Representative to accelerate our growth in the highly competitive Springfield market. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehab facilities, senior living communities, case managers, and discharge planners, and more. Pre‑qualify referral opportunities and focus efforts on high‑conversion accounts. Conduct regular face‑to‑face sales calls and relationship‑building activities. Track referral activity, conversion rates, and account performance using CRM tools. Execute targeted marketing and outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness and referrals. Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed admission and revenue goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Represent the agency at networking events, community programs, and healthcare meetings. Qualifications 2+ years of healthcare, home care, hospice, or senior services sales experience preferred. Proven track record in business development, referral generation, and relationship management. Strong communication, networking, and closing skills.
