• Traveler perm address must be included in profile
• This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

This facility will not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of facility. To avoid delays in processing, please provide perm address at profile upload. Our approach to physical therapy includes direct involvement with each patient, combining advanced hands-on techniques with patient education and individualized rehabilitative programs. Each of our therapists has training in a wide variety of traditional techniques — and many also have training in non-traditional treatment methods. We’re Helping Patients Who Have: Orthopaedic and sports injuries Gait training Balance training, fractures, sprains and dislocations Musculoskeletal dysfunctions Neck and back pain Neurological disorders (such as stroke and Parkinsons) Balance and fall prevention Bone and joint diseases Hand injuries Workplace injuries Pelvic floor dysfunction Incontinence Pulmonary rehabilitation Typical patient ratio: 8/day Monday-Thursday, 6 on Friday. This traveler will be able to provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses including post operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance and vertigo issues. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
