As a Physical Therapist, you will be an integral part of a team that combines advanced hands-on techniques with patient education to create individualized rehabilitative programs. You will work with patients experiencing a wide range of conditions, from orthopedic and sports injuries to neurological disorders and balance issues. Your role will involve:

• Conducting evaluations and treatments, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises
• Managing a typical patient ratio of 8/day Monday-Thursday and 6 on Friday
• Collaborating with a team to provide comprehensive care
• Flexibility to work in both outpatient and inpatient settings as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• 2 years of current PT experience in an outpatient setting
• Active Vermont Physical Therapy license or compact
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Experience with CPSI EMR (highly preferred)
• Previous travel experience (strongly preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
• Need 2 years experience in setting
