Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Profession: Nursing Specialty: Long Term Care (LTC) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1+ years minimum of current LPN experience License: Active Michigan or Compact license Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: Must be willing to complete fingerprints and medical within 24-48 hours upon acceptance. Must be willing to float to other units.Description: This position requires an immediate start. Candidates must complete fingerprints and medical requirements within 24-48 hours of acceptance. This role involves delivering direct nursing care to residents with kindness and clinical skill. You will supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants during your shift. Medications and treatments will be administered per physician orders. You will accurately document care and maintain resident records. Participation in updating care plans and supporting resident-centered outcomes is expected. You will promote safety, infection control, and policy compliance throughout your shift.
