THE WORK:

You'll attract, screen, and submit talent for current and prospective demand. You'll meet required metrics that include goals for outreach, screens, interviews, and hires. You'll effectively communicate and operate with Recruiting Teams to identify and attract talent demand. You'll manage candidate status and notes in the Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and Professional Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) You'll build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates. You'll monitor and track the candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies You'll use market-driven strategies to research, engage and pre-qualify passive talent. You'll use recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation You'll interact on a timely basis with the internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements You'll develop and maintain data mining approaches using advanced search techniques You'll monitor candidate activity pertaining to specific sourcing projects, and communicates activity with stakeholders and recruiters on a regular basis You'll be responsible for ad hoc projects to support recruiting organization Flexible : The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
