Job Description This is a hands-on HR operations leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HRIS, process improvement, analytics, compliance, and project management. The HR Operations Manager will partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes, strengthen HR systems, and deliver efficient and consistent HR services. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery. Serve as a key resource for Workday and other HR technologies, partnering with IT and internal systems teams on enhancements and improvements. Manage HR data, reporting, dashboards, audits, documentation, and operational metrics. Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through technology, automation, and emerging AI solutions. Develop and maintain HR procedures, process documentation, and operational best practices. Oversee HR compliance administration, including tracking, reporting, audits, training requirements, and regulatory updates. Lead and support cross-functional HR projects, including technology implementations, process redesigns, and operational initiatives. Use workforce data and analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and support business decisions. Supervise, coach, and develop HR Operations team members while establishing priorities and performance expectations. Partner with Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leadership on HR initiatives. Promote continuous improvement, accountability, innovation, and strong internal customer service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 8+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Technology, Process Improvement, Project Management, or a related area. Strong experience serving as a functional lead, business lead, or subject matter expert for Workday or another enterprise HRIS. Experience leading HR technology enhancements, implementations, process improvement, or operational transformation initiatives. Demonstrated success managing complex projects and cross-functional programs. Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, employee data, reporting, and process governance. Experience building HR reports, dashboards, workforce analytics, and operational metrics. Advanced proficiency with Workday, Excel, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office. Experience managing, coaching, and developing team members. Interest in automation, emerging technology, and AI applications within HR. SHRM, PHR/SPHR, PMP, Workday certification, or similar credential preferred. Professional services or law firm experience preferred.
