Practice Info Physician focused cancer care with multidisciplinary teams including: 3 medical oncologists, 2 radiation oncologists, 3 oncology support APPs, a dosimetrist, a physicist, therapists, nursing, 2 clinical supervisors, nurse navigators, social workers, genetic counseling, clinical research, cancer registry, financial advocacy and prior authorization teams 54,000 square foot cancer treatment facility with an indoor healing atrium, a lazy river and soothing waterfall, massive fireplace, meditation room and a brand-new teaching kitchen Onsite, lab, pharmacy, PET CT, CT and x-ray Dedicated housing facility for patients and their caregivers to stay at no cost 4,000 square feet infusion center with 36 chemo chairs and semi-private and private infusion rooms Onsite infusion supervising nurse, oncology certified pharmacy, clinical research and clinical trial departments, and great support staff Responsibilities Opportunity for telehealth visits, outreach and cancer events in the community Compensation Nationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonuses Generous sign-on / relocation bonus Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues 5-7% retirement match + 457b program Paid malpractice + tail Benefits Physician wellness programs focused on personal and professional development Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues Shift & Schedule 8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME) Requirements J-1 visa sponsorship available
