This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.Production Lead Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Oversee daily production assisting associates where required which incorporates a hands-on approach combined with positive guidance in all processes.Be visible and assume leadership in continuous improvement.Ensure new associates receive adequate training considering job procedures, quality, and health, and safety.Responsible for new process set up and tear down.Ensure associates are following all rules and codes of conduct.Ensure associates who may have been involved in incidents/accidents receive the proper care, including documentation of such.Ensure general housekeeping practices are adhered to.Other duties as assigned.Production Lead Requirements:- Familiar with TS and ISO requirements.- Demonstrated organizational, communication, and computer skills.- Previous leadership experience is an asset.- Excellent problem-solving abilities.- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
